WATER PURE, INC. (EIN 11-3170657) publishes puritywellnessco.com and sells the products listed on it under the name WATER PURE INC. The terms below apply to every visit and every order, and by using the site or buying from it you accept them.

1. Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 60 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to counter@puritywellnessco.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Ownership of the content

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to WATER PURE, INC. or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, WATER PURE, INC. accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of New York.

11. The cost sheet, price changes and withdrawals

  • WATER PURE, INC. publishes a cost breakdown for its middle size and keeps it current. The figures are rounded to the cent and describe that size; they are not a warranty and they are not an offer.
  • Where an input cost moves enough to change a price, the sheet is updated the same day rather than the change being absorbed quietly.
  • The price that governs your order is the one displayed when you place it. A later change does not alter an order already confirmed.
  • Every unit carries a lot number, and release testing is filed against it. A batch that misses a limit is destroyed rather than reworked.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, we contact the customers who received it from the order record, refund in full, and do not require the goods back first.
  • Nothing in these terms cuts down the rights your own state gives you. If they conflict, you get whichever gives you more.
